Novexa manages the technical infrastructure required for order processing, fulfillment, customer delivery and platform operations. Members participate through eligible business activities conducted on the platform.
Members may become eligible to receive business rewards including commissions, cashback, promotional incentives, reward points and business bonuses resulting from qualifying activities completed on the Novexa platform.

Members may participate in the Novexa Affiliate Program by referring new users. Affiliate commissions are earned only when referred users complete qualifying business activities in accordance with the Affiliate Program rules. Referral registration alone does not create entitlement to commissions.
Eligible commissions, cashback, reward points and business incentives are credited to the member's Business Rewards Wallet after successful processing of qualifying activities. Reward processing schedules may vary depending on transaction verification, system processing, promotional rules and operational requirements. Novexa reserves the right to delay, adjust or decline reward payments where verification or compliance checks are required.
Available Business Rewards may be withdrawn in accordance with Novexa's withdrawal schedule, minimum withdrawal limits, verification requirements and payment policies. Members may be required to link an approved payment account before withdrawals can be processed. Withdrawal requests are subject to fraud prevention, account verification and internal compliance review. Processing times may vary. Applicable withdrawal fees may be deducted where disclosed.
Novexa may request additional verification information before approving withdrawals, reward payments or account changes. Failure to complete requested verification may result in temporary restrictions until verification requirements have been satisfied.
Novexa may suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account involved in fraud, abuse, policy violations or suspicious activity. Where appropriate, pending withdrawals, commissions or rewards may be withheld while investigations are conducted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novexa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, interruption of services, delays in processing or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Novexa may modify Business Program features, promotional campaigns, commission structures, reward calculations, eligibility requirements or withdrawal policies where necessary for operational, legal or commercial reasons. Updated program rules become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Novexa may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms become effective once published on the platform. Continued use of Novexa after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

Novexa reserves the right to review, verify, adjust, suspend or decline any commission, reward or withdrawal request where fraudulent activity, abuse, policy violations, system errors or regulatory obligations are identified.
While Novexa strives to provide reliable services, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous access or the availability of any specific promotional campaign, reward program or business opportunity.
Members should participate in the Novexa Business Program only after carefully reviewing these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, applicable program rules and all platform policies. By using the platform, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the Business Program and accept that eligibility for commissions, cashback, incentives and other business rewards depends on completed qualifying business activities and compliance with the applicable program requirements.
